Our women's mix contains both primal kefir and colostrum from raw cow's milk.
Our kefir is made from raw A1 milk. Because of the long fermentation process (without heating) and the presence of lactase in kefir, in most cases this supplement can also be used without problems by people with lactose intolerance.
Our colostrum comes from A1 cows. Colostrum is naturally low in lactose, so in most cases it is not a problem for lactose intolerance.
We find that many people with an intolerance to milk protein experience no problems with intake of colostrum and/or primordial kefir.
But to be sure; build up consumption slowly and listen carefully to your body.

Our women's mix contains both mollusks and lactose.
Are the supplements halal?
The capsules we use for our supplements are halal certified, making our colostrum supplement and primordial kefir supplement halal.
We cannot offer halal organ supplements at this time. We know there is a lot of demand for halal slaughtered organ supplements and certainly continue to look into this possibility, but it is unfortunately not possible for us at this time at the current slaughterhouse we are working with.
What is the shelf life?
Our freeze-dried women's mix formula has a shelf life of 2 years from the time of freeze-drying. The shelf life on the label may be shorter due to the product having been in our warehouse for some time.
We aim for a shelf life of no less than 1.5 years at the time the product reaches you.
