DOSING
A 100-ml bottle contains about 1,000 sprays, with 20 mg Magnesium per spray.
Suggested use: 10 sprays per day (about 200 mg, slightly more than half the RDA). Use on the skin. Massage gently and leave on for at least 10 minutes.
